General Terms and Conditions of Docunio Medical Solutions

These Terms and Conditions are currently being finalized by our legal department. The following information serves as a structural preview.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Docunio Medical Solutions GmbH and the users of the platform (clinics and doctors).

2. Contract Conclusion & Registration

The contract is concluded by registering on the platform and subsequent verification by Docunio. There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a user contract.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to provide all information truthfully and to keep their access data confidential. The use of automated systems for reading data (scraping) is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Docunio is liable for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health according to statutory provisions. For other damages, Docunio is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Berlin, provided the user is a merchant.
